By using a Solaire Candle Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Redemption

This Gift Card is redeemable for all products available on our online store. You can use it to purchase any item.

3. Expiration

The Gift Card is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. It must be used before the expiration date. Any unused balance will be forfeited.

4. Insufficient Funds

If the total purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card's value, you must pay the remaining balance using an accepted payment method.

5. Unused Balance

Any unused balance will be retained for future use. However, it will expire 36 months from the date of purchase.

6. Cash Redemption

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

7. Lost or Stolen Cards

We will not replace lost, stolen, or deleted Gift Cards. Please keep your email containing the code and barcode safe.

8. Non-Refundable

Gift Cards are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the purchase made with the gift card, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any Gift Card if we suspect fraud, unlawful activity, or a violation of these terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

12. Changes to Terms

Any remaining balance will be void after 36 months. If you choose to continue using the Gift Card at any point within the 36-month validity period, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Solaire Candles regarding the use of Gift Cards. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
